How allowances work
- A document uses allowance only after it is verified and exported successfully.
- Failed parsing, layout risk, failed verification, and cancellation never use allowance.
- Free allowance is tracked on this device. Clearing browser data may reset it; this is accepted in the first version.
- Pack, Pro and Lifetime entitlements are stored server-side. The server keeps only account, payment and allowance status — never document content.
- Pack credits combine with Pro or Lifetime: a verified export uses Pack credits first, then the monthly allowance.
- Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase. Its 100-document monthly window resets automatically and never expires.
- Lifetime Pro and Pro subscription stack. With both active, your monthly allowance is 250 verified exports (100 lifetime + 150 subscription).
- Ultra Plan is a hidden upgrade path for steady high-volume individuals. It is not shown on this page and adds no team seats, shared space, or API.
What you are buying
You are buying the ability to prepare documents locally and export a verified, AI-ready copy. Creem, our merchant of record, collects payment details and your email. File names, page counts, detected entities, and document content are never part of checkout.
Accounts are optional for the free workflow. You can complete the local PDF process without signing in. Account infrastructure exists only to recover Pack credits and sync Pro subscriptions.
Refund policy
Every purchase — Document Pack, Pro subscription, or Lifetime Pro — is covered by a 14-day full refund. Email us within 14 days of purchase and Creem, our merchant of record, will process the refund. After 14 days, purchases are final and no refunds are offered, except where required by applicable law or by the outcome of a payment dispute.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase. Refunds are available only within the 14-day window and revoke Lifetime access.
