AnonymizeDocs helps you prepare sensitive documents for AI tools on your own device. These terms explain what the service does and does not do.

What the service is
AnonymizeDocs is a browser-based tool that finds likely private details in a PDF or DOCX, lets you review each replacement, and exports a verified, AI-ready copy on your device. It is a preparation tool, not a document editor, storage service, or AI model.
What the service is not
- It is not a general PDF toolbox. It does not merge, split, compress, or electronically sign files.
- It does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee that every identifier has been found.
- It does not offer team collaboration, enterprise deployment, an API, or a cloud document library in the first version.
- It does not summarize, chat with, or automatically send your files to any third-party model.
Your responsibility
You decide what to accept, ignore, or edit before export. The tool flags low-confidence and unverifiable results, but it does not claim a document is fully safe. Review the exported copy, especially images and complex objects, before relying on it. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to process documents you are not authorized to handle.
Plans and billing
Allowance is used only after a verified export succeeds. Failed parsing, layout risk, failed verification, and cancellation never use allowance. Pack credits do not expire. Payments are handled by Stripe; AnonymizeDocs never receives or stores your card details.
No uploaded documents
By design, original and exported files are not uploaded. We do not offer cloud storage of your documents, even on request, because it would conflict with the core privacy promise.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made on exported documents, for omissions in detection, or for how a third-party AI tool uses the copy you provide. Illustrative examples on this site are fictional and are not testimonials.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and clear local data from your browser. We may suspend access for abuse or fraud.
