Your documents stay on your device.

Data that never leaves your device

• Original files and exported files.
• Extracted text, page images, and OCR text.
• Detected entity values, custom words, and identity mappings.
• Local processing history and verification report contents.

These are processed in your browser. There is no upload endpoint for document content, and the workspace is designed to run offline once its resources are cached.

Data reported only to support access

• An anonymous account id, plan, Pack allowance, and subscription status.
• Aggregated product events, name only — including page_view with the visited route path (query strings and document names are never recorded), workspace_prepared, offline_ready, document_selected, detection_completed, review_completed, export_verified, paywall_seen, checkout_started, purchase_completed, and feedback_submitted. These events carry no payload: no file names, sizes, page text, or timestamps beyond the anonymized visit time used for daily rollups.
• Feedback, Ultra Plan, and checkout requests you submit. These carry only your email and message — never document content, file names, extracted text, or mapping values.
• Error feedback you choose to submit, after we show you exactly what will be sent.

None of these include file names, page text, detected entities, or mapping values. Visitor IP addresses are used only for rate limiting at the moment of submission and are never stored.

Data we never collect

We do not collect the contents of your documents through analytics, error reporting, or any third-party script in the workspace. The workspace loads no advertising, session recording, heatmap, chat, or marketing scripts.

The minimum server data for an account

If you create an account, the server stores only your verified email, an account id, Stripe customer and entitlement association, plan, balance, and subscription period. It does not store original files, file names, extracted text, detection results, exported files, mappings, or local history.

No cloud storage of your documents

The first version and the core roadmap do not offer cloud storage of original or exported files, even if you ask for it. This protects the central promise that files are not uploaded. You download the AI-ready copy yourself and keep it wherever you already work.

Changes to this policy

If the policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised policy here. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
